We highly recommend Castillo Roofing LLC. We were completely satisfied with the whole process. From getting the quote, to the final touches on completing the roof were spot on. Very professional, on time, with great communication.. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them if you are needing a new roof. We accepted their quote on Thursday, and they began work the next day. Ours was a total tear off, new underlayment, and utilizing existing tile. Finished product looks fantastic.

Castillo did a fantastic job on replacing our old roof. They did not come in heavy with a big sales pitch. They gave an estimate at a fair price and started the job quickly. They finished a 2 story in 5 days and it was high heat. We are so impressed….we want others to know they will be in good hands with Ubaldo. He runs his company with integrity and fine workmanship.

In the Valley of the Sun, the weather conditions can change as it did during one afternoon on a windy day. Unbeknownst to us a down burst of wind went through specific homes and one of them was ours. We heard something sliding down our roof and when we went out to look we found the hip part of the roof missing. This is where two roofs meet. A down burst of wind can happen any place at anytime and can cause damage, in this case some roof shingles.
The next day I made some calls but wasn’t quite satisfied with some of these roofing companies wanted me to believe what else is needed, not so.
So I went onto the register of contractors website and to be honest Castillo Roofing was the first listed. So I gave them a call and they answered right away and my biggest mistake was to call well known companies.
Ubaldo Lopez, owner of Castillo Roofing, showed up and immediately we introduced each other. I showed him what needed to be done. He climbed up on the roof and surveyed the whole roof. After he came down he told me the rest of the roof is in good condition. He gave me a price that was more than reasonable, and not like these other were wanted to do. I also asked him if they could seal around the pipes that stick out and said he wouldn’t charge me any extra for that.
I hired to go ahead and no sooner than said our neighbor wanted a quote. Their roof had more damage. Our repair was completed in two hours plus the seal around the pipes.
The neighbor’s was completed in four hours but they had a bigger crew whereas ours had one roofer.
We were very satisfied with the repair work as was our neighbor.
We gave the name to two others and they also ended up hiring Castillo Roofing.
Even though all this repair work was unexpected we were happy with Castillo Roofing. Let me give a shout out to Ubaldo Lopez, as he does come by to make sure the work is done properly. He will even ask you if you are satisfied.
If in the future we have a need to have a new roof installed we definitely will call Castillo Roofing.

Very professional. Prompt with calls and on time. ********* who answers the phone and makes appointments very polite. Workers respectful of property. Roof looks awesome, we will se how it does with upcoming monsoons. Far pricing and prompt start date. They even had carpenters to repair damaged areas, other roofers would not do this. I had 5 other companies come out and Castillo Roofing had the most answers to the questions I had.

Castillo Roofing did a great job sealing and solar coating my flat roof. Their bid was competitive, they showed up on time and were very thorough in their work. The project manager, ******* was nice enough to leave ** with the left-over roof sealant and solar coat. He inspected the tile part of the roof and pointed out areas that will need attention in the future. They will for sure have the opportunity to bid on the project!

We received a recommendation for Castillo Roofing from Elite Roofing Supply. My husband and I were very particular about the type of underlayment and battens that would be used on our tiled roof. Ubaldo came out on a Saturday and gave us what we felt was a fair quote for the roof. He was very accommodating to our specifications and requests, and allowed my husband and father-in-law to do some light supervision. The whole team was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Castillo roofing. The estimated was fair, the crew was on time everyday and they worked so hard. They were very conscious about cleaning up any debris at the end of each day…they finished the job ahead of schedule. Our roof looks great!

We hired Castillo Roofing to replace our entire patio roof due to multiple leaks a few weeks ago. They were very professional, completed the work on time, hauled the debris away. Owner assured if there were any issues on next rain (hasn’t rained as of yet) to just call and they will be out to evaluate but I believe their will not be any issues. He was thorough in explaining how the roof would be done, showed pictures of similar roofing jobs and was always responsive to the questions that came up after he came out. He even came out again as we wanted to re-review the proposal. We were very grateful at the time he spent answering all of our questions. Had my roof replaced by Castillo Roofing LLC. Ubaldo, the owner came out and provided a free estimate. He explained what he was going to do, provided a written quote. Scope included a complete removal, anticipated wood repair, replacement of sky light and shed.
Projected 2000 square feet. Told him where I had a leak and he explained what they would do. Work had a reasonable warranty. Never had a complete roof repair and got another quote to cross check cost. Was very happy with Castillo Roofing price.
Work was schedule but we had a rain delay. Job took two days to complete. Three workers Day 1 and four workers on Day 2. Ubaldo checked work completed at the end of each day. Good clean up and very polite and professional work force.
My Brother-in-Law highly recommended Castillo Roofing. He was right. Ubaldo is now doing roof repair for Niece! Happy to find a reliable roofing company and a small family owned business!

We hired Castillo Roofing to replace our patio roof for Saturday, January 14, 2023. Castillo Roofing workers arrived early – 8:00am as promised. They went right to work & didn’t stop until the job was fully completed. I was able to split my payment part check & cash with no problem. It has been raining off and on today, January 15, 2023, and not a leak in site. Our roof looks absolutely great they matched the color to our house which was un-expected, their workmanship is impeccable and our area was cleaned off, they asked if we wanted an old water heater pipe removed.
